Welsh Autoparts Distribution Ltd. is the amalgamation of three established
businesses, George Ford & Sons Ltd., GH Motor Factors Ltd. and Japanese
Parts (South Wales), which continue to be family run. We are one of the
largest independent distributors of automotive components for passenger car and
commercial vehicle, tools and garage equipment in South Wales
Based in South Wales, Welsh Autoparts Distribution presently has four branches.
The head office is in Newport, which has a separate exhaust warehouse, and
three branches based in Cardiff, Barry and Porth.

Manned by over 80 staff, many of whom have been with the company for over 15
years, we are committed to fulfilling the Company mission statement of:
"Service you can rely on" and we have a reputation for excellent quality of
goods and services.

The company has a fully computerised Calatogue lookup via Vehicle Registration
for correct parts fisrt time and continues to develop its technology to assure
customers of a reliable and first class service.

Membership of the Independent Factors Association (IFA) and the Automotive
Distribution Federation (ADF) helps us to maintain a strong position in the
marketplace.

As an initiator of the Autosafe scheme within the IFA group, the Company aims
to provide complete service packages to local garages including manufacturers'
training, customer presentations and support of leading supplier schemes, such
as brake safety centres and clutch centres. Computer link-up is also available
to ease pricing and availability queries for the garages.

Our extensive delivery network, consisting of over 26 vans covering our network
of branches maintains a fast and effective delivery service over a wide area.
We also operate an express motorcyle delivery in the Newport area.
